Frequently asked questions

Who can become an EAÜS member?

Any medical student at the University of Tartu can join the Society. The membership fee is a one-time €25 that covers your whole studies.

How do I join?

Fill in the join form on the Society’s website. Once the membership fee is paid you get access to the member channels and benefits.

Where do I start if I want to get actively involved?

Look through the workgroups and pick the one whose topic speaks to you. Every workgroup takes on new members during the year — write to the workgroup lead.

How much time does taking part require?

That is up to you. Some members only come to events, others lead projects. Taking part in a workgroup usually means a couple of hours a month.

What is Rebasehüpe?

Rebasehüpe is the new-member induction project held every autumn. Read more on the Rebasehüpe page.

Who do I ask if I have a question?

Write to info@eays.ee or contact a board member — you will find the contacts on the contact page.
